Since all our products are handmade and customized individually for you, we currently can only offer returns for tags that arrived damaged or that were not engraved and are returned to us in perfect condition.
Want to return an item? Contact our customer service department and we'll get you the return authorization information you need to send the product back. Customers might be responsible for the cost of shipping the product depending on the cause of the return. Once we receive it, we will send you a new tag or your credit card will be credited the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable. We will also email you a credit confirmation email for your records.
We do not charge restocking fees for returned damaged items.
